Bayshore Beach Club – Safety Committee Duties & Responsibilities

Appoint a chair person.

Submit written reports to the Board of Directors regarding Committee meetings and outcomes.

When safety related meetings are held at the city, county or other local entity, notice is generally given to the Beach Club office. If possible, a member of the Committee would attend such a meeting and, if appropriate, include a brief summary of the meeting in the Board of Directors Safety Report.

Work in conjunction and cooperation with other Bayshore committees when appropriate, i.e. Sand Lobby, Planning Committee, and the Bayshore Road District with the intent of working to ensure road safety in all areas of Bayshore.
