The Bayshore Board of Directors meeting will be held on Saturday, May 16th, at 1:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the Clubhouse and on Zoom. The agenda, reports, and Zoom link will be sent via email.

Hello Members,

Come to the Annual Members Meeting Dinner on May 16^th   featuring a taco bar with all the fixings plus rice, beans, and a vegetarian meat option. Chips, salsa, and virgin margaritas will be available starting at 5:00pm. If you prefer an “adult” version of the margarita, you may bring your own supplemental ingredient. 😉 Dinner will start at 5:30pm. Dessert (an ice cream bar) is also included.  You must RSVP by May 11^th. Just email (office@bayshorebeach.com) or call (541-563-3040) the office to let us know you plan to attend.

Hello Bayshore Members,

Last year the Artisans organized a Bayshore garage sale to raise funds for the removal of the crumbling stone wall and raised bed at our entrance and for making and installing a new wooden sign and solar lights. The construction of the new sign is underway and the removal of the stone wall and installation of the new sign is scheduled for this fall.

Because last year’s garage sale was so successful, the Artisans would like to do it again this year (June 6-7). This time the goal is to raise funds for a new sound system for the clubhouse. To do this, we need your usable but no longer needed items. See details below. If you have any questions, please email us at bayshoreartisansgroup@yahoo.com.

Spring Clean Up Time!

Bayshore’s Spring Clean Up is scheduled for May 22-25, 2026.  There will be (3) 40-yard dumpsters available in the north end of the east parking lot.  Volunteers will be available on May 23rd (9-3) to assist you with emptying your vehicle.

You can bring yard debris (roots ok) only. Please try to knock as much sand and dirt off as much as possible.  We will not accept the following: Metal, processed wood, pressure treated wood, garbage, concrete, outdoor furniture.

Volunteers are needed throughout the weekend to help clean up debris piles around the community and assist members in filling up the large dumpsters.  If you are available to help, please contact the office with dates and times you are available.

If you have tree or yard debris that you need to be picked up, please contact the office by May 21st to be added to the list.  All debris needs to be manageable (no longer than 3’ in length or 6” in diameter).

Meet n Greet BBQ changed to August 8th

Hello All,

I am the board liaison to the Social Committee. In our last meeting we discussed that we are needing to make some changes to some of the events we had previously scheduled. Our annual Meet and Greet BBQ had been scheduled for June 27th. Due to a lack of available volunteers for that date, we have decided to move the event to Saturday August 8th, 2026. This traditionally has been our largest attended event, and needs a large number of volunteers to manage all the tasks. If you are able to assist in hosting this event, please let the office know. We are hopeful that the additional time will allow us to find enough assistance to continue to provide this excellent event.
