The Safety committee is working with Seal Rock Fire Department to have a collection site for Household Hazmats for Bayshore members on Saturday July 25 from 10am-12pm. Bring your unwanted hazmat to the

Click Link here Bayshore cache at Hilton Park near the Seal Rock Fire station #62 in Bayshore. 

All Household Hazmats will be transported to the annual Lincoln County Household Hazmat collection event. No explosives, fireworks or containers over five gallons. Multiple items will be accepted. Household Hazmat only please, no commercial chemicals accepted.

Meet n Greet BBQ  August 8th

Hello All,

Our annual Meet & Greet is scheduled for Friday, August 8, from 4:00–7:00 p.m.

In past years, this event has been a fully hosted BBQ organized by the Social Committee and attended by around 100 members. However, with several committee members stepping down and no new volunteers joining, we simply don’t have enough people to handle the shopping, food preparation, setup, serving, and cleanup required for a traditional BBQ.

Rather than cancel the event, we’ve come up with a Plan B—a community potluck! We hope you’ll join us for an enjoyable evening of good food and great conversation.

What to Bring:

To help ensure a nice variety of dishes, please bring an item based on the first letter of your last name:

• A–I: Main dish
• J–R: Salad or side dish
• S–Z: Dessert

The Social Committee will provide:

• Tables and chairs
• Two BBQ grills heated and ready if you’d like to cook your own food
• Water and soda
• Plates, utensils, napkins, and serving supplies

You’re also welcome to bring your own favorite beverage.

Please RSVP by July 15.

To make the event worthwhile, we need at least 30 attendees. If we don’t receive enough RSVPs, we will unfortunately have to cancel.
